If a high intensity workout is what you are after? True Athlete is perfect for you. True Athlete is a 30-45 minute, fun and challenging, team based circuit workout utilising functional movements.
Class Guide
True Move | **Small Team Functional training. Trainer led for the most time effective and efficient work out. Focuses on correct technique and exercise for weight loss. This is a 6 week program. |
True Glute | This class is all about that booty. But as well as just working on your hottest assest, its designed to strengthen the lower half of your posterior chain including all the muscles running down from your glutes to your calves. A powerful lower body is key to healthy, pain-free movement whether you’re looking to boost athletic performance or improve overall fitness. |
True Punch (Boxfit) | Take out the stresses of the day on some pads or bags all while burning calories and toning up. |
True Athlete Strength | Our signature class which consists of a 30-45 minute high intensity, fun and challenging, team based circuit workout utilising functional movements. True Strength has a focus on resistance exercises to build that strength and tone up. |
True Athlete Cardio | Our signature class which consists of a 30-45 minute high intensity, fun and challenging, team based circuit workout utilising functional movements. True Cardio has a focus on building cardiovascular fitness, burn calories and help you earn that wine for the weekend. |
