Amy is a familiar face at the gym, often seen working evenings. With 5 years in the fitness industry, including experience at Les Mills, she now serves as the assistant manager and Trainer at the True Auckland branch. Amy is passionate about bodybuilding and is working her way to step on stage again in 2025. Her extensive knowledge caters to all fitness levels, from beginners to gym enthusiasts. Beyond her expertise, Amy enjoys sharing stories and laughs, making her not just a trainer but a warm and approachable personality in the fitness community
