Sheree is an absolute superstar personal trainer with a huge amount of respect in the NZ health and fitness industry. With decades of training and group fitness experience Sheree has worked with everyone from women who are just starting out through to elite level athletes.

Sala Masina
Sala started off as a personal training client, then became a qualified group fitness instructor and now is completing a Level 4 Personal Training Certificate. Her own transformation is inspirational and makes her an amazing trainer for anyone trying to better themselves. She has also recently gone through a ACL knee reconstruction giving her first-hand experience of sports injury rehabilitation.
