Classes Guide

Body Combat The empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by boxing and martial arts.
Body Pump The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups. Perfect for toning and weight loss.
Body Step The energizing cardio class that uses adjustable height step boxes. It pushes fat into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.
Combo True Woman’s mix of the very best of Body Pump and Body Step. This is a high intensity – full body workout.
Grit 30-minutes of high intensity interval training (HIIT), developed by experts to deliver transformative results. It’s the kind of workout that transcends your speed, your strength and your height. Nothing beats GRIT.
HIIT High Intensity Interval Training. Its short, its sharp and the perfect lunchtime workout.
Body Balance The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Works on core, strength and stability.
X-Train X-Train is a weight based class with high intensity, yet functional weight movements, similar to CrossFit but under a more structured format. Includes a strong focus on the core for strength and stability.
Zumba An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat.
RPM *RPM is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Discover your athelete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
Truemove **Small Team Functional training. Trainer led for the most time effective and efficient work out. Focuses on correct technique and exercise for weight loss. This is a 6 week program.
X-Train PT **Group Personal Training – Same style as X-Train, but here you have the advantage of a personal trainer delivering hands-on techniques and motivation.
Boxing **Learn techniques, combos and pad holding. High focus on correct technique. This is the “thinking woman’s” stress relief session. Perfect for stress relief, burning calories and weight loss.
Boxfit **Similar to Boxing, but the focus is on High Intensity Drills – Perfect for fitness, burning calories or weight loss.
