This is a functional training program designed to increase fitness, strength and mobility. You’ll work with your team and your trainer over the course of 6 weeks.

Each week you’ll build on your strength, stamina … and your relationships with your new work-out partners.

This program is designed so that you work at your own pace and speed, while becoming motivated and energized by awesome fitness results.
