Cam has been a fit junkie since she was just 14 years old ! Cam has competed in multiple powerlifting competitions and has walked away with overall female 1st & 2nd place! Cam is all about being strong and confident in yourself and teaching women that strong is so empowering!

Tash - Assistant Manager

Tash has been with us for a while now! She has a young daughter so understands the importance of health and well being pre and post pregnancy. Tash has a range of knowledge from her experience in the industry for the past 6 years !

Haven - Admin / Group fitness instructor

Haven is our early bird! She is here every morning during the week @ 6am! She is full of energy and dances her way through our early morning classes! Haven herself trains most days during the week and loveeees training shoulders! Haven is currently in her last year in her Bachelor of health, Sport and Human performance and is hoping to jump straight into Personal training when she finishes !

Erin is one of our new faces around here!

Erin is a qualified Personal trainer and is currently furthering her study even more! She is around Monday & Wednesday nights to help clients, write programs and support you all with your goals!

Kara - Group fitness instructor / Admin

Kara is one of our awesome group fitness instructors! With her infectious enthusiasm and contagious giggle, she’s always ready to groove and bring the energy to every class. Kara thrives on pushing members to challenge themselves, encouraging them to push a little harder and lift a little heavier. Her dedication to motivating and energizing participants makes her classes both effective and enjoyable.

Grace - Group fitness instructor / Admin

Grace is a regular at our group fitness classes! With a background in Powerlifting, she’s particularly drawn to strength-focused sessions but also enjoys a vigorous sweat session. Grace also contributes behind the desk and enthusiastically welcomes newcomers to join our fitness community.
