We hope everyone is doing well! We miss you all so much x

With the latest announcements, we are so Excited that we are now able to hold outdoor fitness classes with a max of 10 people (from 10 bubbles, including instructor) – See government information here.

As of Monday 11th October we will be running daily onsite, outdoor workouts including True Athlete along with all online classes for any current members who wish to re-activate their memberships. We have loved being able to provide free online workouts for the past 7 weeks as well as the previous lockdowns.

If you do not want to reactivate, we completely understand, your accounts will be kept on hold until we are able to open the facility (at this stage level 2).

What is on offer?
By re-activating your account you will have access to

✅Outdoor training including True Athlete located out the back of the gym for privacy!

✅ All Zoom classes ( excluding True Move and Glute Camp).

Outdoor classes are weather dependent . If it is raining the class will be cancelled and be available via zoom.

How to get started

To activate your account please  send an email to getfit@truewoman.co.nz with your full name and that you are requesting for your membership be reactivated OR If you are a non member and would love to join please sign up online through our website.

Once your account is reactivated, request to join our NEW Facebook group for this level of training here. This will hold all the links to online workouts and how to book onsite classes.

To book please email getfit@truewoman.co.nz request the time and day of the session you would like to join and your phone number. Please if you are booking multiple sessions make sure you do turn up to these, as we may have people wanting to join / on a waitlist. In regards to a waitlist – this may be used. If we have an overwhelming response to bookings , extra classes maybe be added – this is not a guarantee as yet.

We will be strictly following all covid guidelines and any members who do not follow these will be unable to continue to attend class.

You Must

* Arrive wearing a mask, only taking off to complete the workout

* Scan in using the QR code

* Sanitize

* Adhere to 2m minimum spacing

* Wipe down equipment when you are finished with it – you can also bring your own equipment with you if you feel safer!

We can’t wait to see those who are ready to come back out in the carpark. And to those who are not ready, we completely understand and hope you all stay safe
