Sheree is a true legend in the fitness industry with over 30 years of experience! As a qualified personal trainer and the founder of her own SHRED program, she brings energy, expertise, and a whole lot of passion to everything she does.

She owns her own PT business and leads from the front as Group Fitness Manager at True Auckland. Sheree knows how to bring the vibe, push you to your limits, and make it fun along the way.

When she’s not coaching classes or running her business, she’s loving up on her kids or chasing rainbows with her friends. 🌈💪
