At True Women’s Fitness Auckland, we offer high-energy 6 or 8-week bootcamps and specialised fitness challenges designed to push limits, build strength, and get results — fast.

These programs are open to both members and non-members, and they’re the perfect way to kickstart your fitness, stay accountable, and have fun while doing it.

HYROX is the ultimate fitness challenge – combining functional strength with endurance in a fast-paced, high-energy format. Whether you’re training for your first event or just want a next-level workout, our HYROX specialty classes are designed to build serious stamina, strength, and mental grit.

Expect a mix of sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, running, and more – all scaled to your level and coached by our expert team in a supportive, all-women environment.
