Mark was half right when he made this famous quote. We can all start things, we can even start many things, all at once, but how many of those things do we finish?

When talking about weight loss and fitness we’ve all started – but how many have finished, reached the goal and are happy with the result?

At True we’ll teach you about sustainable behaviour change so that you can get started, stay on track and reach your goals.

We’ve all heard this many times, and yet the majority of us approach weight loss, fitness and a healthy lifestyle in the same unsuccessful way. We try a another new fitness program or a new diet or the next fad, we work super hard, the weight comes off, but we just can’t stick with it.

This is because we have failed to change our mindset. We expect that this “next big thing” will be the be all and end all. We tried to change the body without changing the mind. The first mind shift to make is – Your fitness journey, is just that – a journey. Like life, it’s not something you can start and stop on a whim. It’s a long term prospect for long term benefits.

Our behaviour change tools will help you identify the goals that really matter and how to achieve them.

At True we are real about the results and timeframes you can expect. We want you to be real too. We understand that the life of modern women is hectic, it’s hard to make change and it’s easy to fall off the wagon. But this process of learning is good – you need to be OK with small failures, accept them and move on. In other words, “If at first you don’t succeed, try and try again”.

We will give you the tools to cope with these failures, to understand that it’s OK, to move through them and on to success.

At True we focus on the key triggers that will allow you to achieve sustained behaviour change.  This doesn’t mean that we’ll give you a new program and send you on your way. This means that we will help you understand every aspect of your fitness and well-being, how to make realistic and  sustainable changes and how to incorporate these changes into your life.
