I was in Tribe Life with Nikki and it was hard exhausting and exciting all at the same time. It pushed me past boundaries that i never thought i would be able to over come. Tribe life has made me a stronger more determined person and made me realise that I can achieve my goals no matter what obstacles are in front me. With the support of the other girls you cannot fail you work as a team to get each other to end of each exercise.

Loved it. Its a really good hard workout and the time goes by fast. The camaraderie and support that grew within the group is great too. I feel more conditioned (not so flabby!), and have started to get some tone in my arms (yippee).

I have learnt that I can actually push myself a lot harder physically than I ever believed I could. I would never have tried to do this type of exercise on my own. I now realise I need to push myself harder and try different things at the gym. I feel stronger and more conditioned. Thanks Karen, your awesome.

I have taken part in both tribe fit & tribe life training and I am a repeater for both classes.I have definitely become fitter and stronger from the classes. My body shape is also changing for the good. I now need to get on top of my eating habits,and make better choices with my eating habits. I look forward to the nutrition class starting up because I think this could also help me .

My goal had been to become fitter, but it transformed into an all round thing. I lost weight, got fitter, got more toned. It improved my long distance running no end. I have never been fitter than I am now and I believe Tribe Fit with Nicki is what started all of it. I never would have joined such a group because I would always be afraid that I wouldn’t be able to keep up, but with Fit, it’s all about doing your best. It’s not an intimidating group to join. Yes there is healthy competition within the group, but because it covers such a vast range of exercise, we found that different people excelled in different areas. The great thing about this was you pushed yourself in the areas which would generally be out of your comfort zone! The competition is definitely with yourself. Also, Nicki was such an awesome trainer pushing everyone to their limit. It’s so important to have a trainer that pushes you to your limit, not someone else’s. To me, it’s what makes a great trainer and was also the reason I felt every session the following day πŸ™‚

I am currently doing my second Tribe season, first being in May. I found it improved my back pain and I lost inches rather than kilos which was OK. Clothes fitted better. Currently I find I am losing kilos (haven’t measured so don’t know about inches yet) so that is good. I found it good working with women supporting each other and good to feel I can do things at my pace, it isn’t a race.

Before fit:B/pressure was 153/100 afterwards 116/70. An 800 meter run was a struggle I can now run 8k non stop (hill/road running) – competed in sculpt marathon now training for 21k. Could not bench press anything but the bar & now b/p 10kgs, squat 20 kgs, clean & press 12 kgs Healthier physically and mentally, fitter, faster and stronger & have made friends for life because of Tribe “Healthy body, healthy mind!”

I have become so much stronger & fitter since starting tribe, its been so much fun but also a great workout. Sheree is just the best. It has helped me lose the last couple of kilos i was wanting to and now its helping me tone up the flabby areas.

I have loved Tribe Life, it was great to do this in a team environment and have the support of not only the trainer but the girls in the class as well. I looked forward to coming into Manukau every Tuesday and Thursday morning

I really enjoyed it, was definitely challenging. The only thing I didn’t like was the time slot as my preferred one wasn’t there. I’m sure this suits some people, but I was only getting 5 hours sleep for those nights so made it hard, I was exhausted the whole tame. After work slot would have been really good. Dee was awesome and it was good having a whole lot of encouraging girls in the group. I would definitely do it again if there was an appropriate time slot. Enjoyed having bits of it outside.

I’m currently doing the tribe life program at the moment and honestly I’m loving it so far!
It’s only my 3rd week into it but i feel like I’ve achieved so much and i feel great too.
I love challenging myself and tribe life has definitely been a challenge so I’m going to sign up to another season in the new year to really get more fitter and stronger

Tribe Life has taught me how to do my exercise correctly and I’ve gain more strength in my whole body especially in my arms and abs where I find it weakest. I find myself with more energy throughout the day, the programme has given me exactly I want out of it and most of all i enjoy it. My goal in the programe was to lose weight and it has given me those results, i lost 2 kg in first 3 weeks which I’m proud of and will continue to do what I’m doing to achieve even better results.

Being fitter and stronger was my goal but as always to lose weight as well. I continued to roll over season after season as it provides discipline for me, when I am booked for something I will always show up. Unexpected benefits were the camaraderie with fellow tribe members, it doesn’t matter who or which group you are in, the bond and pact you form with your fellow tribe members is everlasting. I have become both fitter and stronger and Yes I’ve lost weight :-)!!

I participated in Tribe Life and the experience met all of my expectations. I noticed a remarkable increase in fitness/conditioning and core strength and I lost weight (although I didn’t always follow the 12 rules).

It exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed the group fitness approach. The trainers were outstanding, encouraging and I looked forward to their technique tips. Initially weight loss was my goal but I am now more focused on becoming fitter and stronger. Because I have a big hang up about weighing myself, I don’t really know if I lost weight. However, I do feel my cloths fit better and I definitely feel more confident.

It meet my expectations in terms of the course program but only comment would be that the training level etc is somewhat dependant on the trainer taking it. I really like that the focus is on proper technique rather than speed. I don’t think I have lost weight but do feel stronger.

I Loved Tribe Life this year! I do feel stronger and feel my technique has improved 100%. I will continue to be apart of Tribe throughout next year as well. Friends at the gym have commented that my body shape has changed so I would say that yes, I have conditioned as well πŸ™‚ Love the program!!

I registered in Tribe Life twice this year. I enjoyed the experience, it was fun. I noticed I became a lot fitter and stronger particularly around my legs and core area. The ‘repetitiveness’ of the exercises in Tribe Life meant there was a lot more focus on certain areas of my body that needed some attention. I also appreciated the one to one opportunity to get the techniques right/corrected!

Tribe Life exceeded my expectations the small groups were great and the trainer was excellent and pushing us just that bit more, At the end of the course I was fitter and more confident in myself. Also enjoyed pushing myself more each session the effort was rewarding for me.

I did 2 seasons with Nikki on a Tuesday night and really had no idea what I was letting myself in for. The results for me exceeded what I thought I was capable of and although it was very tough going at times, (I was dealing with some major personal stuff at the time) it was well worth sticking with it. Physically, I lost weight, became fitter, more toned and stronger. I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my right knee which was uncomfortable and although I had the full range of movement on the bike or rower, if I tried to do squats even without added weights, it was very difficult. Now, as long as I warm up well, I can do deeper squats with some weights. The bat wings have reduced as well! Mentally, I am now in a much better head space with a much more positive outlook and made some major decisions about my work/life balance which had got out of kilter. Thanks Nikki!

After taking two years off any serious form of fitness to raise my twins, I joined Tribe this year with three goals in mind. 1) to meet like-minded people who were also on the journey of losing weight 2) to get more mobile and 3) to lose weight. Sheree gave me more than I bargained for. Not only did I achieve what I set out to do but Sheree helped instill in me the courage and confidence to keep going. Now 10Β kg’s lighter, I can do push ups on my toes where I used to struggle doing one on my knees. I can leap over boxes where I wouldn’t even contemplate this before given my bad knees and I can jump around with boundless energy in a Combo class where the low impact options left me breathless. Joining Tribe was the best decision I ever made.

This is my second time round and Tribe Life still excites and pumps my adrenaline. I see and feel the positive results around and inside me. For me the environment is controlled by the personal trainer and the MUSIC!! I love NIKKS REMIXES!! My drive and focus is to burn and push it to that next level. The sweat toxins are seen visually and I love it. My diverticulitis and hematoma health problems didn’t lower my expectations. Since starting Tribe Life it continues to exceed my expectations. Thank You Tribe Life and to the personal trainers for making me stronger and fitter πŸ˜‰

I really enjoyed Tribe Fit, when I signed up for Tribe Fit season 2, it was to get myself ready for a 3 day basketball Tournament over the Queens Birthday weekend. I ended up doing back to back seasons because my results were so incredible. I was the fittest person on my team (and the second oldest) so it felt great out running the young ones during the tournament. I got faster, fitter and stronger just what i was after. I would recommend Tribe Fit to everyone, in fact I rave on about True’s Tribe Fit classes when ever I can. So glad Tribe Fit is at True.

It exceeded my expectations in that it catered for all fitness levels yet was still extremely challenging. Seeing others work hard around you is extremely motivational. I was able to do exercise to improve my injuries, thanks to Nikki. I definitely improved my strength as well as feel fitter and better conditioned.
