Out Door Training – these are regular training events run by the club. The focus for these events is “fun” and “giving it a go”. These events are free for members, their families and friends.
Programs – these are weight loss, fitness and well-being programs that we run in-house. Please follow the links to find out the various details and costs
Fitness – this is an organised event such as a running race, mud run, mountain bike race or similar. We will have a team that you can join to compete in these events, or you can go by yourself. You have to book and pay for these events with the organiser.
