6 Week Weight Loss Challenge

Back again by popular demand is our 6 Week Weight Loss Challenge. We’ve got a great combination of exercise, nutrition, motivation and social interaction to help you shed the kilos.

This time we’ve incorporated some great goal-inspired training. You can choose to focus on weight loss specifically. And if you feel inspired, you can choose to put your great results into use, continue your training and compete at “The Nugget” in Waihi with us.

During 6 weeks, you’ll have a variety of trainers, a mix-up of training styles and a mash up of exercise types. We’ll keep you on your toes and burning calories with weights, core and cardio, all designed to teach you how to lose weight.

Session Details
  • Monday – 5.30pm with Sheree.  Half of the session is outdoor training. The other half is focused on food and nutrition
  • Wednesday – 6.30pm with Nicki.  A fun and functional cardio workout.
  • Saturday – 6:30am with Claire, Alan and helpers. This is a cardio focused session based at Totara park
  • Starts: Monday 3rd March
How Much?
  • Members – $249*
  • Premium Members – $210*
  • Non-Members – $299

*Payment plan options available for members – 6% surcharge and $5 admin fee
