    2 Week Trial Terms and Conditions

Your 2 week trial starts on the day of your choice and runs for 14 consecutive calendar days.

Trials may not be transferred to another person.

Trials cost $40, and no refunds will be given for unused portions of any trial.

You are not eligible for a 2 week trial if you:


  • have been a member in the last 6 months
  • have used a trial in the last 6 months
  • have used any discounted pass, concession card or promotional membership in the last 6 months


By participating in a trial you acknowledge that by participating in exercise and activities with True Fitness and Well-Being for Women you may be exposed to certain risks.

You agree to release & indemnify True Fitness and Well-Being for Women as follows,
1. You participate in the exercises and activities at your sole risk and responsibility.
2. You release, indemnify and hold harmless True Fitness and Well-Being for Women, including its directors, employees, contractor and tenants from and against all and any actions or claims which may be made by you or on your behalf by other parties for or in respect of or arising out of an injury, loss, damage or death caused to your person or your property whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever.
3. You also agree that in the event that you are injured or your property is damaged, you will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against True Fitness and Well-Being for Women in respect of that injury or damage.

True Women’s Fitness and Well-Being reserves the right to refuse entry if we feel that your health and safety is at risk.

You must comply with all reasonable requests from staff that relate to either your own or another member’s health and safety. Failure to do so may result in termination of your membership and in this case there will be no refunds for unused portions of membership.

As part of your trial you will be offered a complementary half hour health check with a trainer, where they will also write a basic exercise program for you, this is optional, but highly recommended for first time gym users.
